Rental Application Agreement | Please read carefully before submitting your application

Applicant represents that all of the statements and representations provided are true and complete. Applicant hereby authorizes verification of the above information, references, and credit records. Applicant understands that an investigative consumer report, including information about character, credit history, general reputation, personal characteristics, mode of living, and all public record information including criminal records, may be conducted.

Applicant agrees that providing any false, misleading, or misrepresented information may result in the application being rejected, voiding any lease/rental agreement if already signed, and/or grounds for immediate eviction with loss of all deposits and any other penalties provided by the lease terms. Applicant authorizes verification of all information by the Landlord and/or Management Company.

Applicant has the right to make a written request within a reasonable period of time to receive additional detailed information about the nature and scope of this investigation.

Non-Refundable Application Fee

An application fee will be due to the Landlord and/or Management Company the sum of $50.00 as a non-refundable application fee to cover costs, expenses, and processing fees associated with the application. This fee is non-refundable regardless of the application outcome.

Apartment Deposit Agreement

An apartment deposit will be due in consideration for taking the dwelling off the market while the application is being processed.

If the applicant is approved and a lease is signed, the apartment deposit will be applied toward the security/damage deposit.

If the applicant is not approved, the apartment deposit will be fully refunded.

Lease and Move-In Conditions

Keys will be furnished only after lease and other rental documents have been properly executed by all parties and only after applicable rentals and security deposits have been paid.

This application is preliminary only and does not guarantee that a particular unit will be available. The submission of this application does not obligate the Landlord or Management Company to execute a lease or deliver possession of the premises.

By submitting this application I am giving Northgate Terrace 1 Apts permission to run a background check on me, which may include obtaining my credit report from a consumer reporting agency.
